IMPROVE WHILST YOU GO ON MISSING THE

REAL REASONS FOR ITS FAILINGS.

You are either stupid, a criminal, or a misguided amateur, and most observers believe the latter, because you and other Ministers have been so beautifully and professionally conned by the world's P.R. and marketing propaganda experts.

Cost of premises, ambulances, nursing staff, doctors, surgeons, furnishings, beds, equipment, utilities, management and administration, etc., have all been blamed for the N.H.S. “needing” more money. But you have only to carefully examine the two wealthiest industries in the world – and why they are so profitable – to recognise the source of our economy's medical financing problems.

The nationwide addictive habit known as “boozing” overloads our A&E Services with dirty, smelly, noisy and undeserving clients every weekend of the year, whilst the increasing prescribing, throughout every year, of Billions of doses of addictive substances to millions of patients, daily drains the Department of Health purse to the point where other vital N.H.S. services have to be robbed in order to pay the pharmaceutical companies for their over-prescribed products !

The real and true problem is: “ADDICTION”, and far from being an “accident”, an unfortunate “side-effect”, a result of “MIS-use” or “AB-use”, its widening growth and usage is part of a deliberate marketing plot calculated to make U.K. Taxpayers pay for the inevitable transgressions of those millions of citizens greedily manipulated by profitable psycho-pharm policies into LASTING ADDICTION.

You can never become addicted to a drug which you never ever take. Simply because it is the consuming of a drug which creates dependency on that drug.

And nobody creates more noise, more loud demand, more crime and more havoc than drug addicts desperate for their next dose !   Especially when the group of professional advisers, who wrote those addicts' original addictive prescriptions, is also the same lying group advising the Government on drug and alcohol addiction.

And look how beautifully simple their scheming is.

Some years ago, with the help of also manipulated ex U.S. President Nixon, they convinced the world to “Make War On Drugs”, and sold the idea to politicians around the world that addiction to illicit heroin is a crime, whilst even stronger more devastating addiction to prescription methadone is a valuable addiction “management” tool we should all be happy to pay for out of our taxes.

Look at that again - and think about it.

They have convinced governments the world over that addiction to a smuggled drug such as heroin is a vicious crime to be attacked in every way possible, BUT that addiction to the same drug, or some substitute such as methadone - WHEN PRESCRIBED BY A PSYCHIATRIST OR OTHER PHYSICIAN – is a valuable “treatment” for exactly the same condition. i.e. lasting life debilitating, costly and similar criminality prompting drug addiction.

And even though every single one of the near 200,000 N.H.S. supplied methadone drug addicts costs the British Taxpayer in excess of £47,000 per year for life (an ever-escalating annual total currently at over £9.4 BILLION) the psycho-pharm fraternity has our naively non-medical politicians falsely convinced that “because psychiatrists pretend addiction is basically incurable” the only way to handle the addiction problem is to make it “legal” – as long as it is prescribed pharmaceutical addiction paid for by the U.K. Taxpayer!

But it doesn't end there.

Sitting in nursing homes, care homes and in their own homes, we additionally have some three million mainly elderly citizens involuntarily addicted to three times a day doses of prescription drugs such as Valium and the other benzodiazepines, the “C” drugs and the “Z” drugs, etc.   All paid for by British Taxpayers.

And for what condition are these millions of patients receiving this multi-daily, expensive and continuous so-called addictive “treatment” ?

FOR NOTHING OTHER THAN MEDICALLY INDUCED DRUG ADDICTION !

This is how it works.

It doesn't matter what the reason is why a 7 day, 3 times a day, prescription is originally written for a patient.  Anxiety, bereavement, loss, shock, depression, etc.  It only matters that - when taken - 21 doses of one of the benzos or other addictive medical drugs will turn a majority of the individuals in our population into an involuntary prescription drug addict.

This means that that addict is daily taking an addictive substance which has two main properties:

1) It quickly relieves the patient's current craving for that drug, and,

2) A few hours later, it re-creates that same irresistible craving for that substance by triggering the same “cold turkey” withdrawal symptoms.

This is the prime example of a “vicious circle”, and the main unique sales proposition which the ruthless marketing of addictive products depends on to create and maintain irresistible demand – whether those products are illicit or legal.

Whatever the diagnostic justification for the addicts' original prescriptions, it is obvious that, when investigated, in 95+% of involuntary addiction cases, that reason no longer exists, and that the only problem the patient presently has is his or her residual and apparently inescapable addiction to a medical drug !

Which the British Medical Association and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain both very quietly admit in their joint B.N.F. “drug prescription bible” - can all be cured - if only they were to provide the essential “step-down” small dose units on which such cures depend.

However, because the psycho-pharms never want to lose this easy addiction driven business, rather than promoting such cures, they resist them.

And because these involuntarily addicted dependants' supplies are paid for by our taxpayers, and because they are long-term daily re-addicted and confused drug addicts, these often vegetative patients apathetically fail to campaign for and demand the cures which could so easily be implemented - given the political will to do so.

BUT GOVERNMENT SHOULD DEMAND THEM.

Not only because countless £Billions of Taxpayer contributed funds are being deliberately diverted to totally unnecessary addictive drug supply, but also because that addiction acts like an ever expanding, heavier and heavier ball and chain which slows and reduces the U.K's productivity and international influence.

Dementia can be prevented and avoided. Depression and other drug “managed” and “treated” so-called mental disorders can all be cured.

But no profit-focussed addictive pharmaceutical drug producer or their prestige focussed psychiatric drug pushers are going to let such turnover reducing activities occur, if they can avoid it. It is therefore going to take tough legislation to force the pharmaceutical producers who create addiction, to also start producing the cures.

Which once again puts out political amateurs up against the highly experienced political lobbying experts who have been winning these battles for decades.  Amateurs who must stay within the bounds of decency, fairness, justice and law and Experts who do not all have those words in their dictionary.

You Cannot Become Addicted To A Drug Which You Never Use

BECAUSE IT IS THE

USE

OF DRUGS

WHICH ALONE CREATES

 ADDICTION.

Not misuse, abuse or a psychiatrically invented so-called

“addictive personality”.    Just straightforward USE !

The Home Office is likely the busiest, hard-working and most wide ranging U.K. government Department, covering, as it does, a majority of our home affairs and the protection of all our citizens against a variety of every day threats.

(Which incidentally is why many observers consider that the Home Office experienced Theresa May may well emerge as one of the best Prime Ministers we have ever had).

As a consequence, in order to cover policing, fire prevention, probation, prisons, addictive drug distribution and usage, border control, immigration, terrorism, alcohol strategy, crime reduction and prevention, etc., Home Office staff work with 28 different agencies and public bodies which are expected to be independent, expert, sometimes executive and occasionally advisory.

Into the latter category falls the ACMD (Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs), which carefully and cleverly fails to address more than one-third of the country's addiction issues, and thus avoids blaming Council members or their industry colleagues for their part in the acceleration and growth of addiction in this country.

Unfortunately, whilst it is clearly great on “advice”, the ACMD is neither independent nor expert, and in its published “Work Programme”, basically misses the point in respect of WHAT THE COUNTRY REALLY NEEDS. Which is:

1) to actually REDUCE and AVOID the increasing devastating scourge of addictive drug usage of every sort, and consequent debilitating addiction, which attacks the economy, the life of the community and that of the individual and his or her family, and,

2) to RECOVER victims of substance addiction to the natural state of relaxed abstinence into which 99% of them were born, thus also salvaging the economy.

Even the very title: “Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs” tells us that the Council is not expected to actually achieve very much, and is not truly independent.

This is because psychiatric & pharmacological professionals, in order to avoid any blaming of the psycho-pharmaceutical fraternity's practices & products, have for decades been successfully accusing drug USERS (rather than the drugs) for causing their own addiction by so-called “misuse” and “abuse”. So the ACMD membership is in no way independent of their employers.

Significantly, over half the membership of the ACMD is comprised of pharmacologists and psychiatrists, the very professionals responsible for researching, inventing and MANUFACTURING ADDICTIVE DRUGS AND PRESCRIBING THEM.

SO LET US BE VERY CLEAR – BY DIFFERENTIATING PROPERLY.

The ACMD carefully advises ONLY on illicit drugs, because it is their professions which are responsible for the 2.4 MILLION involuntary LEGAL drug addicts they have already created in the U.K., and which they have no wish to cure (or even advise on or discuss) because it is those sales – via the N.H.S. and paid for by the U.K. taxpayer – which are their profitable addiction produced daily bread and butter.

And those 2.4 Million addicted patients are in addition to the millions of other N.H.S. patients who also gratefully receive doses of useful and non-addictive pharmaceutically produced and G.P. prescribed medicines, which are daily and helpfully dispensed to U.K. patients.

In other words, EVERY DAY, an additional SEVEN MILLION OR MORE PER DAY of ADDICTIVE pharmaceutically produced drug doses also go down the throats of N.H.S. psychiatrically labelled and prescribed “mental health” patients living at home or in care.

But if the involuntarily addicted are “patients”, for what condition are they being treated?  And the only honest answer is: “They are having their involuntary addiction “managed”  (i.e. the addiction which mis-prescribing inflicted upon them in the first place).”

And here we have the real MISUSE of drugs, because addictive drugs were never intended to be used as a means of ensuring basically automatic daily sales of well over seven million profitable doses each and every day for the rest of those patients lives – just to ensure a continuing market for profitable psychiatrically prescribed pharmaceutical products – usefully (from the suppliers' viewpoint) paid for in bulk by U.K. taxpayers, not by the individual patients.

Neither the Department of Health nor the N.H.S. are capable of curing drug addiction, a fact which is proven by their dedication to the commissioning of “providers” to “rehabilitate” (not cure) addicts, or just to “manage” their addiction.

Which activities seldom result in the production of lasting relaxed abstinence.

Yet the ACMD continues to lure the Home Office into the false belief that illicit drug usage is the WHOLE addiction problem, and that LEGAL MEDICAL drug usage should be ignored, because "that" is Department of Health business !

As a result we have a massive hole in our addiction policy.  Note that.  In our ADDICTION policy – not DRUG policy.  Because it is not medication which is the problem.  It is ADDICTIVE AND HYPNOTIC DRUG PRODUCING AND PRESCRIBING which is the problem, and whilst the producers know a lot about making drugs, they know absolutely nothing about addiction and how to cure it.

Expecting the manufacturers of drugs to know how to cure addiction, is like expecting the manufacturers of razor-sharp scalpels to be the best surgeons, or the manufacturers of bullets to be the best marksmen !

Drug addiction, and the damaging conditions it inflicts on the society, the economy and on individuals is a bigger problem than terrorism, because terrorism actually depends on addictive drug usage for much of the development and control of its “warriors”.

Committing a hapless individual to a life of addiction is a vile crime, when the pusher is a criminal looking for a quick buck.

But, persuading an individual that he can “solve his problem” with an addictive drug is the same crime, even when the pusher is a professional adviser, and especially when that psychiatrist or other physician knows full well that it is the usage of that drug over only a very short period which is, in the vast majority of cases, going to make that patient into a drug dependent addict for life.

The pharmaceutical producers know this, and ENOUGH OF THEM USE THIS FACT TO MAXIMISE THEIR SALES AND PROFITS, AND SO ARE JUST AS MUCH CRIMINALS AS THE ILLICIT GROWERS AND SMUGGLERS.

However, they are not regarded as part of the massive addiction problem on which the Home Office SHOULD be taking genuinely independent advice in an effort to reduce the threat to the U.K's population posed by addictive behaviour.

Far too many politicians and civil servants, and especially the Home Office, still seem to be blind-folded and ear-plugged on this subject, so that more and more policy-makers need to recognise the direction in which addiction is inevitably taking our families and communities, and become aware that:

* Addicts cause the most accidents at work.

* Addicts mug and rob old people.

* Addicts and drunks cause most road accidents.

* Addicts sell drugs to children (and others).

* Addicts increase the numbers of prostitutes and

‘toy-boys’ in our towns,

* Addicts disrupt our schools, the education of our

children and the life of our communities,

* Addicts bankrupt businesses and destroy jobs.

* Addicts break into and burgle peoples' homes.

* Addicts spread HIV, AIDS and hepatitis.

* Addicts waste our tax money and other resources.

* Addicts and drunks commit the most crimes,

* Addicts (even if involuntarily addicted) cause a bigger
                                  drain on the N.H.S, than any other set of patients,

And addicts are undoubtedly the real current threat to our lives and to everybody’s future. (And that includes addicts on illicit, legal, licensed and prescribed drugs.)

This is because their addiction controls them, and THIS AFFECTS EVERYBODY,

EVERYONE’S FAMILY, EVERYONE’S INCOME, EVERY JOB, EVERYONE’S HEALTH AND EVERYBODY’S HOME !

It therefore follows that in a country like the U.K., its Home Office, which claims responsibility for protection of the population and its future wellbeing, should be the Department which enforces on all other Departments those policies that:

1) reduce the number of individuals starting on drug usage, by providing effective addiction prevention and usage avoidance training, and,

2) those policies which provide effective cures for existing drug addicts, including recovery to the natural state of relaxed abstinence into which 99% of the population is born.

Without these policies being widely and effectively implemented the Government will inevitably continue to create a nation where the majority of its citizens will eventually become addicts, and thus all eventually be bio-chemically controlled zombies.

Even if there were no existing cure for drug addiction, the above indicated current government attitude towards addictive drug production and prescribing would NOT be of any use to a society which needs and wants to be addiction free - unless factions within our Government covertly seeks population control by drugging ??

But there has been a sure cure for drug addiction for over 50 years which, via black propaganda, covert attacks, criticism and ridicule, etc., international psychiatry and pharmaceutical interests have been determinedly trying to have shut-down and made unbelievable and unapproachable for 66 years.

Nevertheless one residential self-help addiction recovery TRAINING programme has been expanding across the world since 1966, and today has nearly a hundred centres (including prison units) in 49 countries.  But the ACMD doesn't want representatives of that programme advising the Home Office, because the harsh light of truth they would shine on the U.K. addiction problem, “would not be good for the business of psycho-pharm interests.”

Unsurprisingly, one professional acquaintance, whose application to join the ACMD was refused, said that, in his experience and opinion, the initials more accurately stood for All Completely Misleading Delegates !

Why Write The Truth About Addiction ?

BECAUSE WHAT CURRENTLY

CIRCULATES AS “INFORMATION”

IS DELIBERATELY MISLEADING.

Apart from “health”, “recreation”, “curiosity”, “nature”, “history” & “adventure” there are very few non-fiction subjects of more interest and vital importance than “drugs & addiction” to the average family and to the society as a whole.

With one in nine U.K. families likely to be housing an illicit or prescription drug addict, and an additional one in nine homes providing living quarters for an individual with a “drinks problem”, making known the true causes of substance addiction and how it may be quickly, easily and effectively cured for up to 75% of addicts is essential to the happiness and health of every family, as well as vital to the economy and to the worldwide reputation of our country.

Furthermore, a solution to addiction is desperately and daily sought after by 70 to 75% of all addicts, as well as by every other member of each of their families.

In addition to knowing HOW addiction may be cured - for prevention and avoidance purposes the real reason HOW and WHY individuals become addicted also needs to be known – as follows:

1) An individual has a personal situation of one kind or another, which they increasingly consider to be a problem and for which they are seeking a solution - with increasing lack of success and despair,

2) The information they have on drugs, alcohol and addiction (from family, friends, colleagues, acquaintances, medical, psychiatric, other professionals and pushers) is so full of misinformation, sales talk, “funny stories”, misunderstandings, jokes, political propaganda, advertising slogans and misleading so-called “harm reduction advice”, and, is thus so replete with lies that a falsely based ineffective decision is nearly unavoidable for many, and,

3) If and when they are persuaded, convinced or decide to use a drug as a solution to their problem – they have taken the final step which actually leads to THE CREATION of addiction.

Why? BECAUSE IT IS TOTALLY AND UTTERLY IMPOSSIBLE TO BECOME ADDICTED TO A DRUG WHICH YOU NEVER TAKE.  The reason being that it is not MIS-use or AB-use of a substance which causes addiction. It is just plain straightforward USAGE of the drug itself which creates addiction – NOTHING ELSE !

Many medical / illicit drug substances can be addictive and / or hypnotic, but if you say “NO” to them, they can never ever addict you.

These last five paragraphs put the reason and cause of all substance addictions into a nutshell, and, because 70 to 75% of all addicts desperately want to quit, have tried daily to do so, and yet, having failed, still want to quit – it is clear that there is no absence of willingness – just LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OF “HOW TO QUIT”.

Which leads us to self-help addiction recovery training – since 1966 by far the most effective addiction cure programme in the world – with 98 charitably based training centres (including prison units) in 49 countries.

But to rise above the noise and distraction of both the innocent and the deliberate lies told about addiction, and to successfully reach those numerous desperate family members needing and demanding the truth and an effective means of escape – it is vital that THE TRUTH ABOUT ADDICTION and HOW IT CAN BE CURED be written, published and sold as often as possible and in as many factual ways as possible to satisfy that demand.

S.A.F.E. – the Society for an Addiction Free Europe – therefore seeks a literary agent and publisher(s) who recognise the increasing danger of the addiction problem and accompanying huge demand for a solution from millions of families both in the U.K. and throughout the rest of the world.

The founder and C.E.O. of “SAFE”, of “ARTS” and of “AWASH” has self-published over two dozen books (and hundreds of papers) on the true cause and cure of substance addiction – none of which have ever been professionally marketed – although eagerly devoured by family, friends, aquaintances, colleagues and others.
